Sesión 1: Evaluación inicial y establecimiento de objetivos
- Objectives:
- Perform an initial evaluation to understand the participant's sports history, including past achievements, challenges faced and areas of interest.
- Set specific short- and long-term goals that the participant wants to achieve in their sports career.
- Identify the strengths and areas of improvement of the athlete to develop a personalized action plan.
Session 2: Development of Skills and Strategies
- Objectives:
- Work on the improvement of technical, tactical and mental skills relevant to the participant's sport.
- Introduce and practice specific strategies to improve performance and endurance during practice and competition.
- Develop a personalized training plan that includes specific exercises and activities to achieve the established objectives.
Session 3: Follow-up and Future Planning
- Objectives:
- Review the progress made since the previous session and evaluate the fulfillment of the established objectives.
- Identify any challenge or change in the needs of the participant and adjust the training strategies accordingly.
- Develop a long-term action plan that includes future objectives, areas of focus and possible additional resources necessary for the continued success of the participant.

"Wake Up, Deportistas" was born in 2017, conceived by Pablo Lugüercio, a sportsman and Sports Advisor, and Raúl Salas, a Social Work professional and Ontological Coach. Alongside an interdisciplinary team of professionals, they carry out the project at Casa Wake Up, located in the city of La Plata, Argentina.

This program focuses on creating a family-like club environment where boys and girls train and compete with other academies. Additionally, it establishes connections with Club Estudiantes De La Plata, facilitating cultural exchange trips and high-performance training in Argentina.

E&S is a non-profit
organization that aims to use sports as a tool to promote enthusiasm for inclusive formal education and high-performance sports. We believe that sports can be an effective means to motivate young individuals to overcome their educational barriers and achieve their academic and athletic goals. Furthermore, we are dedicated to promoting equal opportunities for all youth, regardless of their socioeconomic or cultural backgrounds.

Inspired by our community, we have created an entertainment space to connect Hispanic immigrants and their diverse cultures. We are the innovation in communication: a new way to inform and entertain that adapts to current trends. We stand out as the first exclusive streaming channel for Spanish speakers in Atlanta, Georgia. We broadcast live through various digital platforms such as Youtube, Twitch, etc.
